Manifesto · v1, May 2026

We did not build another tool.

We built a studio. A small atelier of autonomous agents that take growth work off your team's desk and ship it. Every hour. In your voice. With receipts.

"Software ate the world. Then the world hired the world to keep the software running. We're trying to give those teams their evenings back."
Day one, in a Notion doc
01

Growth is a labor problem, not a tool problem.

Every growth team we've ever met is buried under twelve tools and a Slack channel that never sleeps. The work hasn't gotten easier. The dashboards have. The labor (write, ship, measure, decide, repeat) still lands on your team at 11pm. We don't think you need another tool. You need another team.

02

Agents are not features. They are colleagues.

We resisted the urge to bolt a chatbot onto a scheduler and call it AI. A strategist is not a button. A media buyer is not a modal. We built eight specialists who pass briefs, argue about copy, file work and watch each other. They're not assistants. They're a team.

03

Voice is non-negotiable.

Most AI writing dies because it sounds like AI. Ours studies your decks, your tweets, your transcripts and your founder's writing before it puts a single word on the internet. If it can't pass the read-it-aloud test, we throw it out. We will lose a customer before we let the work sound generic.

04

Outcomes, not seats.

Seat-based pricing is a tax on giving more people access to the work. We price for the workspace, the spend Vigil manages, and the brands it carries. Bring the whole company in. We don't care.

05

Slow is the new fast.

We ship deliberately. We will not race a competitor to ruin the workflow you depend on every morning. Every feature passes a tiny door: would a great agency do this? If the answer is yes, we build it. If it's no, we kill it before it sees daylight.

06

The studio is the product.

We are not a tool company. We are a studio that ships work. The app is how the work is delivered. The agents are how the work gets made. The brand memory is how the work stays yours. Everything else is decoration.

If this reads like the kind of company you'd want to hire from.
