What counts as one workspace?+
One brand, one voice memory, one set of channels. Most companies need exactly one. Holding companies and agencies pick Scale or Enterprise.
Can I bring my own ad spend?+
Yes. Vigil orchestrates the spend through your existing Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn accounts. The plan limit is the monthly spend Vigil will manage on your behalf, not what you pay us.
Do you replace my team?+
No. We make a 4-person team do the work of forty. Most customers redeploy their teams onto brand, partnerships and PR. The things agents can't do (yet).
What cards do you accept?+
All major cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners. Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout. Bank transfer available on Scale and Enterprise.
What happens if I cancel?+
